Pan Fried Vegetable Pancakes






Ingredients
1/2 of romaine lettuce or 1/4 of iceberg lettuce
Baby Carrots (use as much as you like)
1 cup of all purpose flour
1 to 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder and salt
1/2 tsp of white pepper
1/4 to 3/4 cup of water
1 1/2 cups of cooking oil
Dried chilli crush (optional)

use a stove to preheat the pancakes do not use a microwave
place the pancakes in a non-stick pan without adding cooking oil
set the burner in medium heat and heat the pancakes for 2-3 minutes on each sides
