Ingredients:
10 pieces chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
1 cup all purpose flour
2 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 large onion (finely chopped)
1 green pepper (finely chopped)
1 ½ tsp curry powder
½ tsp dried thyme leaves
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp garlic powder
1 can (16 oz) whole diced tomatoes (undrained)
¼ cup raisins
1/3 cup toasted slivered almond
Bahan:
10 potong ayam bagian paha atas (dengan tulang dan kulit)
8 oz terigu protein sedang
2 sdt garam
½ tsp merica
2 oz minyak goreng
1 bawang Bombay (rajang halus)
1 paprika hijau (potong halus)
1 ½ sdt kare bubuk
½ sdt daun thyme kering
¼ tsp garam
½ tsp bawang putih bubuk
1 kaleng (16 oz) tomat yg sudah dipotong (jgn buang airnya)
2 oz kismis
3 oz kacang almond
