Japanese Fried Chicken






Ingredients:
5-6 pieces of chicken thigh (bone-in, skin-on)
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup water
¼ cup rice wine vinegar
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp ground ginger
1 cup cornstarch
¼ cup honey
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
Sesame seeds
Scallions (chopped)



Bahan:
5-6 potong paha ayam bagian atas (dengan tulang dan kulit).
4 oz kecap asin
4 oz air
2 oz rice wine vinegar*
½ sdt bawang putih bubuk
½ sdt jahe bubuk
8 oz tepung maizena
2 oz madu
1 sdm rice wine vinegar*
Sesame seeds
Daun Bawang (dipotong)

*Rice wine vinegar:
Jenis cuka yg difermentasikan menggunakan beras. 
Cuka ini sering digunakan untuk masakan Chinese, Korea, Jepang dan Vietnam.
