Shrimp Risotto







Ingredients:
2 tbsp butter, divided.
¼ onion, finely chopped.
1 cup uncooked rice (washed)
1/3 cup white wine
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup water
1/3 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried parsley
4 oz tiny shrimp (cooked and deveined)
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
¼ tsp salt



Bahan:
2 sdm mentega, pisahkan masing2 1 sdm
¼ bawang Bombay, rajang halus.
8 oz beras putih mentah (dicuci)
3 oz anggur putih
8 oz air kaldu ayam
8 oz air
1/3 sdt thyme kering
1 sdt parsley kering
4 oz udang kecil (yg sdh dibersihkan dan sdh dimasak)
4 oz keju parut parmesan
¼ sdt garam
