FILLING
- 12 oz cream cheese
- 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened.
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp maple flavoring
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
TOPPING
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup semi-sweetened melted chocolate chips
BAHAN
CRUST
- 2 1/2 gelas (567 gr) serpihan biskuit Graham crackers (atau sekitar 30 biskuit)
- 1/3 gelas (11 ml) madu
- 2 sdm mentega tawar, lembutkan.
FILLING
- 12 oz (340 gr) cream cheese
- 2/3 gelas (170 gr) selai kacang
- 1/2 gelas (118 ml) madu
- 3 sdm mentega tawar, lembutkan.
- 1/2 gelas (113 gr) gula bubuk
- 1/4 gelas (56 gr) terigu protein sedang
- 1 butir telur
- 1 sdt perasa vanili
- 1/4 sdt perasa maple
- 1/4 sdt baking powder
TOPPING
- 1/4 gelas (56 gr) kacang almond yang sudah dihancurkan
- 1/4 gelas (56 gr) kacang pecan yang sudah dihancurkan
- 2 sdm madu
- 1 1/2 sdt kayu manis bubuk
- 1/3 gelas (85 gr) coklat chip semi-sweet cair
