INGREDIENTS
CHICKEN BITES
- 4 lbs chicken breast (boneless, skinless) washed and cut into bite pieces
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
FRIED RICE
- 3 - 4 cups cooked rice, cold.
- 1 onion, chopped.
- 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed.
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 3 eggs
- Salt and pepper as desired
- 2 - 3 tbsp olive oil
BAHAN
AYAM GORENG:
- 1.8 kg dada ayam (tanpa tulang dan tanpa kulit) cuci dan potong kecil
- 1 gelas (227gr) terigu protein sedang
- 1/2 sdt garam
- 1/2 sdt merica
- 1/4 gelas (60 ml) minyak zaitun*
NASI GORENG
- 3 - 4 gelas (170 - 227gr) nasi dingin
- 1 bawang bombay, dipotong.
- 1/2 gelas (113gr) kacang polong beku, biarkan hingga lembek.
- 1/2 gelas (118 ml) kecap asin
- 3 butir telur
- Garam dan merica secukupnya
- 2 - 3 sdm minyak zaitun*
*bisa diganti dengan minyak goreng biasa.
