Fried Rice






INGREDIENTS

CHICKEN BITES
  • 4 lbs chicken breast (boneless, skinless) washed and cut into bite pieces
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil


FRIED RICE
  • 3 - 4 cups cooked rice, cold.
  • 1 onion, chopped.
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed.
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt and pepper as desired
  • 2 - 3 tbsp olive oil




BAHAN

AYAM GORENG:
  • 1.8 kg dada ayam (tanpa tulang dan tanpa kulit) cuci dan potong kecil
  • 1 gelas (227gr) terigu protein sedang
  • 1/2 sdt garam
  • 1/2 sdt merica
  • 1/4 gelas (60 ml) minyak zaitun*


NASI GORENG
  • 3 - 4 gelas (170 - 227gr) nasi dingin
  • 1 bawang bombay, dipotong.
  • 1/2 gelas (113gr) kacang polong beku, biarkan hingga lembek.
  • 1/2 gelas (118 ml) kecap asin
  • 3 butir telur
  • Garam dan merica secukupnya
  • 2 - 3 sdm minyak zaitun*

*bisa diganti dengan minyak goreng biasa.
