Pumpkin Cheesecake






Ingredients
½ lb (225.6 gr) ginger snaps
¼ cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup melted unsalted butter
2 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese
½ cup granulated sugar
½ can (7.5 oz) pumpkin puree
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
½ tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
25 cubed caramels
¼ cup milk
¼ cup chopped pecans for garnish
9” springform pan



Bahan
225.6 gr ginger snaps
2 oz kacang pecan yg sdh dipotong kecil
3 oz mentega cair
2 container (8 oz/ea) cream cheese
4 oz gula pasir
½ kaleng (7.5 oz) pumpkin puree
1 sdt pumpkin pie spice (pengganti: spekkoek powder)
½ sdt perasa vanili
2 butir telur
25 karamel
2 oz susu putih cair
2 oz kacang pecan sbg penghias
Cetakan kue bundar dgn diameter 9 inch
