Russian Cream Parfaits

This recipe is from Good Housekeeping, May 2013.


Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of skim milk 
(the original recipe uses heavy cream. I reduce the fat that's why I use skim milk)
3/4 cup of granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp of unflavored gelatin
1 container (8 oz) of sour cream
2 tsp of vanilla extract

Raspberry Sauce:
2 pkg of red raspberry
1 tbsp of lemon juice
Fresh raspberries for garnish
*don't forget to wash the raspberries before use them

    1. Yes you can but the taste will not be the same as the original recipe.
