Easter Cupcakes

I got this idea from Joy of Baking.

Ingredients:

1 pkg of white cake mix

3 large eggs. 

(on the box it said to use white eggs but I prefer using the whole eggs)

1 1/4 cups of water

1/3 cup of vegetable oil

1 jar of Betty Crocker cream cheese frosting

(add 1-2 tsp of vanilla extract into it then mix it. The taste will be good!)

1 pkg of sweetened flake coconut

Green food coloring

Jelly beans, candy, etc. to decorate the cupcakes
