Mini Pumpkin Pies


This recipe is from Betty Crocker


Ingredients:
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup bisquick mix
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 large eggs

Topping:
Cool whipped
Cinnamon or cinnamon sugar for garnish
