Owl Cupcakes (Halloween Recipe)






INGREDIENTS
  • 1 box fudge cake mix
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee, room temperature.
  • 1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 (18oz) cans chocolate frosting
  • Oreo cookies (original) regular size and mini size
  • M&M candies (in brown and yellow)
  • Banana runts
  • Black food coloring
  • Cupcake liners (regular and mini size)




BAHAN

  • 1 box fudge cake mix*
  • 1/2 gelas (118ml) minyak sayur (bisa diganti dengan mentega cair)
  • 1 gelas (236ml) air
  • 3 butir telur
  • 1/4 gelas (59ml) kopi seduh, sesuaikan dengan suhu ruangan.
  • 1 gelas (226gr) coklat chip semisweet mini
  • 1 1/2 can (510gr) coklat frosting*
  • Biskuit Oreo (rasa original) ukuran normal dan kecil.
  • Permen M&M (warna coklat dan kuning)
  • Banana Runt**
  • Pewarna makanan warna hitam
  • Cetakan cupcake (ukuran normal dan kecil) 

*  Bisa memakai resep sendiri
** Bisa diganti permen lain, pastikan berbentuk oval/bulat dan berwarna kuning.

Peanut Butter Bars (Autumn Recipe)











INGREDIENTS

CRUST
  • 2 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs (about 30 whole crackers)
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened.


FILLING
  • 12 oz cream cheese
  • 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp maple flavoring
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder


TOPPING
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup semi-sweetened melted chocolate chips




BAHAN

CRUST
  • 2 1/2 gelas (567 gr) serpihan biskuit Graham crackers (atau sekitar 30 biskuit)
  • 1/3 gelas (11 ml) madu
  • 2 sdm mentega tawar, lembutkan.


FILLING
  • 12 oz (340 gr) cream cheese
  • 2/3 gelas (170 gr) selai kacang
  • 1/2 gelas (118 ml) madu
  • 3 sdm mentega tawar, lembutkan.
  • 1/2 gelas (113 gr) gula bubuk
  • 1/4 gelas (56 gr) terigu protein sedang
  • 1 butir telur
  • 1 sdt perasa vanili
  • 1/4 sdt perasa maple
  • 1/4 sdt baking powder


TOPPING
  • 1/4 gelas (56 gr) kacang almond yang sudah dihancurkan
  • 1/4 gelas (56 gr) kacang pecan yang sudah dihancurkan
  • 2 sdm madu
  • 1 1/2 sdt kayu manis bubuk
  • 1/3 gelas (85 gr) coklat chip semi-sweet cair

Dessert Pizza






INGREDIENTS

  • 1 roll (16 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 4 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 8 oz cool whip
  • Sliced fruits
  • Powdered sugar


BAHAN

  • 1 roll (16 oz) adonan sugar cookie 
  • 4 oz cream cheese (suhu ruangan)
  • 2 sdm gula pasir
  • 1 sdm susu putih cair
  • 8 oz cool whip
  • Potongan buah
  • Gula halus

Guiness Chocolate Cake



This delicious dessert is great to celebrate St. Patrick's Day!






INGREDIENTS
CAKE
1 cup Guiness Beer
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup baking cocoa powder
2 eggs (beaten)
2/3 cup sour cream
3 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda (mix with flour)

TOPPING
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
About 1/4 to 1/2 cup milk (I used skim milk)




BAHAN
KUE
1 gelas (236 ml) Beer Guiness
1/2 gelas (113 gr) mentega tawar
2 gelas (453 gr) gula pasir
3/4 gelas (170 gr) coklat bubuk
2 butir telur (dikocok)
2/3 gelas (198 gr) sour cream
3 sdt perasa vanilla
2 gelas (453 gr) terigu protein senang
1 1/2 sdt soda kue (dicampur dengan terigu)

TOPPING
8 oz (227 gr) cream cheese (sesuaikan dengan suhu ruangan*)
1 1/2 gelas (340 gr) gula bubuk
Kira-kira 1/4 sampai 1/2 gelas (59 ml - 118 ml) susu putih cair 
(saya menggunakan susu skim)

*cream cheese disesuaikan dengan suhu ruangan supaya memudahkan proses pencampuran dengan menggunakan mixer.

Christmas Fruit Cake







The Ingredients:
3 eggs
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
6 oz dried apricots (cut in halves)
8 oz pitted dates (cut in halves)
6 oz maraschino red cherries (drained)
5 oz pineapple tidbits (drained)
2.25 oz pecan pieces
1 loaf pan (9x5x3 inches)




Bahan:
3 butir telur
6 oz gula pasir
6 oz terigu protein sedang
1/2 sdt baking powder (soda kue)
1/2 sdt garam
1 dan 1/2 sdt pearasa vanilla
6 oz apricot kering (dipotong dua)
8 oz pitted dates (dipotong dua)
6 oz ceri warna merah (buang tangkainya)
5 oz nenas
2.25 oz pecan yg dihancurkan 
1 cetakan roti (9x5x3 inci)

Pumpkin Tiramisu Cheesecake











Crust
1 pkg/pouch of chocolate graham crackers
1/4 cup melted unsalted butter

Pumpkin Tiramisu Cheesecake
8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
8 oz mascarpone cheese (room temperature)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp all purpose flour
1 large egg (room temperature)
1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup melted semisweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp instant espresso powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Chocolate Ganache
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup milk

Springform pan with 9 inches diameter




Crust (Lapisan Bawah)
1 pkg coklat graham crackers
2 oz mentega cair tawar

Pumpkin Tiramisu Cheesecake
8 oz cream cheese (sesuaikan dgn suhu ruangan)
8 oz mascarpone cheese (sesuaikan dgn suhu ruangan)
4 oz gula pasir
2 sdm terigu protein sedang
1 butir telur (sesuaikan dgn suhu ruangan)
4 oz pumpkin puree kalengan
1/2 sdt pumpkin pie spice (pengganti: spekkoek)
2 oz coklat chips semisweet (lelehkan)
1 sdm kopi instant bubuk
1/2 sdt perasa vanilla

Chocolate Ganache
8 oz coklat chips semisweet
3 oz susu putih cair

Cetakan kue bundar dengan diameter 9 inci

Silly Pumpkin Patch Cupcakes (Halloween Recipe)

Ingredients:
1 box white cake mix (super moist)
Eggs, water and vegetable oil 
*(followed the instruction from the box on how to bake the cake) 
Orange food coloring
Vanilla frosting
Red and green fondants
Flower and star cookie cutter
Eyeball candy
Pretzel sticks
Muffin liners





Bahan:
1 box white cake mix (instant). Gunakan yang super moist.
Telur, air dan mentega cair
*(ikuti petunjuk yg tertera di box untuk memanggang kue)
Pewarna makanan orange
Frosting rasa vanilla
Fondant warna merah dan hijau
Cookie cutter bentuk bunga dan bintang
Permen bentuk mata
Pretzel stick (substitute dgn biscuit berbentuk batang korek api)
Kertas alas cupcake/muffin

Banana Split Cake






INGREDIENTS:
1 pkg (14.3 oz/405 gr) Oreo cookies original (use 3/4 of the packaging)
1/4 cup melted butter
1 pkg (3.4 oz/96 gr) Vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
1 1/2 cups of milk
16 oz cool whip
5-6 bananas
1 cup diced strawberries
1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained.
Chocolate syrup
Cherries
1 springform pan with 9” diameter




BAHAN:
1 pack (14.3 oz/405 gr) Oreo cookies original (gunakan 3/4 dari kemasan)
4 oz mentega cair
1 box (3.4 oz/96 gr) vanilla instant pudding dan pie filling
12 oz susu putih cair
16 oz cool whip
5-6 buah pisang
8 oz strawberi, dipotong.
8 oz nenas dipotong. Jika menggunakan nenas kemasan kaleng buang airnya.
Sirup coklat
Buah Ceri
1 cetakan kue springform dengan diameter 9 inci.
