American Flag Fruit Gelatin Cake

Ingredients:
1 pkg (11.5 oz / 326 gr) butter loaf pound cake
2 pkg (3 oz each) Jell-O gelatin strawberry flavor
1 pkg (16 oz) fresh strawberry (divided)
1 pkg (16 oz) fresh blueberry (divided)
2 cups boiling water
1 cup cold water
1 cup ice cubes
1 tub (8 oz) cool whip (thawed)
