Es Palu Butung (Modified Recipe)




Ingredients:
2 cups coconut milk
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup rice flour
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp pandan essence
1/4 tsp salt
Cocopandan Syrup (as desired)
Crushed ice (as desired)
1/2 medium banana

The original Es Palu Butung recipe uses steamed cavendish bananas.
Because I couldn't find them here, I use regular bananas instead.




Bahan:
16 oz santan kelapa
4 oz air
2 oz tepung beras
3 oz gula pasir
1/4 sdt perasa vanili
1/4 sdt pandan essence
1/4 sdt garam
Sirup Cocopandan (sesuai selera)
Es serut/es batu yang sudah dihancurkan (sesuai selera)
1/2 pisang ukuran sedang

Resep asli Es Palu Butung menggunakan pisang kepok yg dikukus.
Karena sulit didapatkan disini, saya menggunakan pisang biasa.
