Turkey Sausage Pizza

INGREDIENTS

PIZZA CRUST
  • 1 envelope active dry yeast
  • 2/3 cup warm water (110-115F)
  • 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried marjoram
  • 1/2 tsp garlic and salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion and salt


TOPPINGS
  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 small red peppers and 2 small orange peppers, chopped.
  • 1 large onion, chopped.
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp dried marjoram
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb (19.5 oz) italian turkey sausage*
  • 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes, drained.
  • 10 sliced pepperoni
  • 3 tbsp olive oil


Note:
*after the sausage is cooked, remove the juice.




BAHAN

LAPISAN PIZZA
  • 1 sachet ragi
  • 2/3 gelas (177ml) air hangat dengan suhu 43-46 celsius
  • 1 3/4 gelas (397gr) terigu protein sedang
  • 1/4 gelas (59ml) minyak goreng (pengganti: mentega cair)
  • 1 sdt oregano kering
  • 1 sdt kemangi kering
  • 1 sdt marjoram kering
  • 1/2 sdt bawang putih bubuk dan garam
  • 1/2 sdt bawang bombay bubuk dan garam


TOPPING
  • 4 gelas (453gr) keju mozzarella parut
  • 2 paprika kecil warna merah dan 2 paprika kecil warna orange, dipotong.
  • 1 bawang bombay, dipotong kecil.
  • 1/2 sdt oregano kering
  • 1/2 sdt kemangi kering
  • 1/2 sdt marjoram kering
  • 1 gelas (227gr) keju parmesan parut
  • 1 lb (453gr) sosis ayam kalkun bumbu italia*
  • 1 kaleng (794gr) tomat potong, tiris airnya.
  • 10 iris pepperoni
  • 3 sdm minyak zaitun (pengganti: minyak goreng)


Catatan:
*sesudah sosis dimasak, buang airnya.
