Pumpkin Cupcakes (Autumn Recipe)







Cupcake Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
½ tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 large eggs
1/4 cup of melted butter
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
1 cup pumpkin puree

Frosting Ingredients:
1 cup powdered sugar, sifted.
4 oz cream cheese
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 ½ tbsp unsalted butter, room temperature.
¼ tsp vanilla extract
1 Heath Bar



Bahan Cupcake:
8 oz terigu protein sedang
½ sdt garam
1 sdt baking powder
½ sdt baking soda
½ sdt jahe bubuk
½ sdt pala bubuk
1 sdt kayu manis bubuk
2 butir telur
2 oz mentega cair
4 oz brown sugar* (bisa diganti dgn gula pasir)
4 oz gula pasir
8 oz labu yg sdh dihancurkan

Bahan Frosting:
8 oz gula bubuk, diayak.
4 oz keju krim
1 sdm sirup maple
1 ½ sdm mentega, diamkan dlm suhu ruangan
¼ sdt perasa vanili
1 batang waffer Heath

*Brown Sugar berbeda dgn palm sugar atau gula aren atau gula jawa. 
Brown Sugar adalah gula pasir yg diberi molasses dari hasil pemurnian gula. 
Brown Sugar adalah gula tebu yg diolah bersama sari tetes tebu. 
Dengan kata lain Brown Sugar hampir sama dgn gula pasir.
