Ingredients:

2 bags M&Ms

1 bag pretzel knots

1 bag Hershey Kisses

½ cup powdered sugar

2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted.

2 pack permen M&M

1 pack pretzel knots

1 pack coklat Hershey bentuk segitiga

4 oz gula bubuk

2 sdm mentega tawar, cairkan.

Oreo Cookie Bars (Autumn Recipe)

Ingredients:

1 cup brown sugar

½ cup quick cooking oats

½ cup all purpose flour

½ cup melted butter

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

½ cup white chocolate chips

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 pkg (15 oz) Oreo cookies (Holiday edition)

Cooking spray

Bahan:

8 oz brown sugar*

4 oz quick cooking oats

4 oz terigu protein sedang

4 oz mentega cair

1 kaleng (14 oz) susu kental manis

4 oz coklat chip putih

8 oz coklat chip (semi sweet)

1 pkg (15 oz) Oreo biscuit (edisi Holiday)

Cooking spray

*Brown Sugar berbeda dgn palm sugar atau gula aren atau gula jawa. 
Brown Sugar adalah gula pasir yg diberi molasses dari hasil pemurnian gula. 
Brown Sugar adalah gula tebu yg diolah bersama sari tetes tebu. 
Dengan kata lain Brown Sugar hampir sama dgn gula pasir.

Graveyard Cookies (Halloween Recipe)

Ingredients:

2 pkg (14 oz each) Oreo cookies. 

(set aside 11-12 cookies for garnish)

8 oz cream cheese

1 cup confectioners sugar

8 oz cool whip

3.4 oz Jell-O vanilla instant pudding/pie filling

2 cups milk

Pumpkin candy

Bahan:

2 pack (400 gr/ea) biskuit Oreo

(sisihkan 11-12 biskuit untuk penghias)

8 oz keju krim

8 oz gula bubuk

8 oz cool whip

96 gr pudding vanilla* (pie filling rasa vanilla)

16 oz susu putih cair

Permen berbentuk buah labu

*Pudding yg dimaksud bukan gelatin atau agar-agar. 

Tekstur pudding atau pie filling menyerupai vla kental.

Cookie Cheesecake Bars

My preferred ingredients:

2 cups of all purpose flour

1/2 cup of brown sugar

3/4 cup melted butter

2 cups of chocolate sandwich cookies (I use the original Oreo)

2 1/2 pkgs (20 oz) cream cheese, softened.

2 cups of granulated sugar

1/2 cup of all purpose flour

5 eggs

Mini Oreo (for topping)

13 x 9 inch baking pan

Ingredients:

1 pkg of chocolate cake mix

2 large eggs

1/2 cup of vegetable oil

Vanilla Ice Cream

Parchment and wax papers

St. Patrick's Day Cookies

 Ingredients:

• 3 cups of all purpose flour
• 1 cup of granulated sugar
• 1 cup of butter
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tsp of vanilla extract
• 1 tsp of baking powder
• 1 tsp of salt.
• colored sugar (green)
• clover stensil

*the idea is from Martha Stewart.

*I made my own colored sugar. Just add few drops of food coloring (green) on the sugar then mix it.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

Here is another recipe for celebrating Valentine's Day!

Ingredients:

1 pkg of chocolate. 

You can use any chocolates. Hershey Kisses are the best. 

The chocolate I used was cheap.  

I like the heart shape and the taste were good.
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup of butter, melted.
1 large egg
1 1/4 cup of all purpose flour
3/4 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp of baking powder.

Directions:

In a mixing bowl mix together sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, melted butter and egg.
Then add flour, baking soda and baking powder. Mix them until well combined.
Cover it up with a lid or plastic wrap and place it into refrigerator for an hour.
Grab 1 inch ball of the mixture and place it on to the baking sheet.
With a fork or a spoon gently press the ball mixture.
Bake them in the preheated oven to 375F for 10 minutes.
When they're done take them out from the oven then immediately grab a chocolate and put it on top of the cookie. Gently press the chocolate until it sticks to the cookie.
Continue the process for the rest of the cookies.
Let them cool and put them into refrigerator for 30 minutes.
The cookies are done.

Cake Mix Cookies

Ingredients:

• 1 package of cake mix. You can use any flavours you want but I'm using yellow cake mix.
• 2 large eggs.
• 1/2 cup of vegetable oil.
• 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.

Directions:

•  Preheat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit or 180 Celsius.
• Pour the cake mix into the mixing bowl.
• Add eggs and add vegetable oil.
• Mix everything until well blended
• Then add chocolate chip and mix them together.
• Take a teaspoon size of the mixture and place it on to the baking sheet. Separate between them for about 2 inches.
• Bake them 8 to 10 minutes.
• When they're done let them cool on the cooling rack before serving.
• Enjoy!
